Interested in vending? The Sustainable Living Festival & Clean Energy Expo provides a unique opportunity to introduce thoughtful regional consumers and information seekers to your products, services, wares and ideas.

Click here to download our vendor application. Please note that each booth space includes a six-foot table with two chairs, and be sure to indicate on the application if you DO NOT need these items. So that we can accommodate your needs, please communicate any special requirements you have, such as additional space, access to electricity, sunlight, or special height requirements. We will do our best to meet your requests. We also ask that if you will be selling items on-site, you pay close attention to special requirements and fees. PLEASE NOTE ANYONE WISHING TO SELL FOOD OR BEVERAGES MUST CALL 401-397-3430 & RECEIVE ADVANCE PERMISSION!

Applications and payments must be received by May 1st in order for you to be included in the program. After May 1st, space will be offered on a first come first serve basis. All vendors receive a free link on our website in addition to inclusion in the program. Please send your completed application, along with the appropriate payment to:
