STUDY CIRCLES/RI Earth Institute
Sustainablity Study Circles are co-created groups of eight to twelve persons that meet weekly or bi-weekly for eight or nine weeks. Course material used are books pulbished by the Northwest Earth Institute of Portland, Oregon. The Circles have become a movement that hundreds of thousands of people across the forty-eight states are participating in to foster their own empowerment to take personal responsibility for the Earth.

The Apeiron Institute sponsors and mentors these groups through the state and is available to speak in workplaces, faith centers, or homes about the Circles, the philosophy behind them, and the valuable transformations that can occur through their creation. Possible Circle topics include Deep Ecology, Voluntary Simplicity, and Choices for Sustainablity.
