It’s time once again to round
up volunteers for the 6th Annual Rhode Island Sustainability
Festival & Clean Energy Expo coming up on Saturday, June
9th, 2007. Volunteers are the lifeblood that makes
this festival happen, giving credance to our community
based work.
Generally speaking, we have about 100 volunteer
shifts to fill,
and each shift lasts about 4 hours. Volunteers
are
rewarded for their efforts with free admission
to the festival and workshops, a Sustainable Living
Festival T-Shirt, free food and beverages,
and the feeling of knowing you’ve helped a great
cause!
If you would like to be added to the list of volunteers,
please fill out our volunteer
form as soon as possible and e-mail it to
Maryellen Snyder. As much as possible, we will try to accommodate volunteer requests for shift-times
and positions of interest. Please note that people
who are flexible as to
time of day and volunteer position will be assured
a
